1. Service

GiftDNA provides gift ideas, taste-based recommendations, reminder tools, saved profiles, Surprise Drops, retailer links and related features. Recommendations are informational and may be incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate or unsuitable. You remain responsible for purchase decisions.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Provide accurate information and do not attempt to access another person’s account. GiftDNA may restrict abusive, fraudulent or security-threatening activity.

3. AI-generated content

Some recommendations and explanations are generated with AI. AI output can contain mistakes. Verify important product details, compatibility, availability, safety information and current prices with the retailer before purchasing.

4. Retailer and affiliate links

GiftDNA may link to third-party retailers. Prices, stock, shipping, returns and product claims are controlled by those retailers. Some links may be affiliate links, which can earn GiftDNA compensation without increasing the price you pay. Affiliate compensation does not purchase or change GiftDNA's organic recommendation ranking.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, automate abusive traffic, attempt to bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected backend behavior, or use GiftDNA for unlawful activity.

6. Availability and changes

Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued. GiftDNA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any retailer, price source, AI model or third-party service will remain available.

7. Privacy and deletion

Your use of GiftDNA is also governed by the Privacy Policy. You can permanently delete your account and associated account data through the in-app account settings or the public account deletion page.
