What makes a Drop rare?
Every gift must be relevant first. GiftDNA scores TasteDNA fit, specificity, distinctness, direct usefulness and budget fit. A gift can only reach a rank if it clears that quality gate — then the server-side rarity roll decides whether it actually gets there.
